[Mari tends to sleep on her back, with her arms folded so that her hands are tucked below her armpits. Although she's just about woken up now, her eyes are stuck shut and her arms are still locked across her chest. Instead, she's sent out her foot to investigate the immediate area and report back, sweeping it over the mattress, looking for another person, a clue to location, anything like that.

Most of the past week or two has been a blur, if she's completely honest...It would be nice to ask someone what the time and date is, so she can re-calibrate her internal clock.]

[Marnie catches Mari's leg between her ankles and smiles as she slowly wakes up.] Enough of that. Some of us like to enjoy our days off.

[Mari feels the heat and slide of skin against her leg and gives out a little sigh, her eyes still welded shut.] Wouldn't you have more time to do things with your day off, if you got up earlier? Think of all the things you could do! Feed the cat, pet the cat...walk the cat...um...zoo? Crepes? I'm running out of ideas.
