[Rowan wakes up slowly, as he normally does. The first thing he is aware of is that he isn't asleep, and then he goes through the checks of whether he had something he had to do right away. No alarm, but he was sure it was the weekend instead of being too early to be awake. No family plans, nothing to grade, nothing he had to wake up to watch...

It was shaping up to be a good morning, and good mornings always started with coffee. Rowan finally opens his eyes and sits up, and then stops.

That sounds good. Rowan stands up and goes to put on a real pair of pants when he noticed he was wearing a simple gold wedding band that he was most definitely not wearing the night before.

He quickly checks the girl in the bed and yes, there was a wedding band there. So. Either she was married and for some reason he decided to fake it or he just got married.

Groaning, Callie slowly wakes. She cracks an eye open but doesn't panic at the unfamiliar surroundings. It happens when you party and get drunk; you crash somewhere for sleep instead of literally crashing into something because you're a moron. She looks at Rowan blearily.]
